Very poor service, not top tier. My car was serviced at this location 3 times and it just keeps getting worse. First time, they didn't fill my washer fliud with full service, second time all my ights came on in my car after a recall service, third time, my tires were not rotated with full service as well. I've complained to Genesis amd completed surveys. No change. Genesis shouldn't be sold in Louisiana due to poor service.
Definitely the dealership to visit if you are interested in a Genesis!
Our sales guy was good. However, the Service Dept & others are the worst. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else.
My experience with the sales department was fine when I bought my GV80 in April 2023, however, I have had terrible experiences with the service department ever since said purchase. When you schedule a routine maintenance service, the earliest they can get you in is 6 weeks. A selling point of the car/Genesis brand was a "courtesy vehicle" that was to be provided during these services, but in reality they're never available (even 6 weeks in advance...). My experience with Genesis of Metairie was exceptional. Chris worked with me to get me the G70 I wanted in the price I could afford. Tayler walked me through all the paperwork and gave me a thorough introduction to all the bells and whistles of my new car. All staff members were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Genesis of Metairie.
