Sales dept great. Service department horrible. There is only one human who manages all service related questions for Genesis. That person does not call or follow-up with you for 3-4 days to a week. Hard to get in touch with them for an update on your vehicle. This dealership also makes you come in for service every 3 months which is a total scam. When my car actually had an issue with the automatic transmission randomly switching to manual transmission in the middle of driving (without me touching the panels on the steering ... read more
I will echo the feedback others have had here regarding service. I've been through the endless call loops, full voicemail boxes, missed valet pickup times, and lack of responsiveness. Multiple services for the same issue. Times where the service result was poor. One time an alignment done and after the getting the car back the steering wheel had to be turned to the left in order for the car straight.
