just a heads up....they are no longer a Genesis dealer. for three weeks i have left messages on their service line, having scheduled an appointment and trying to reschedule...only today to find out they are no longer servicing Genesis...phone says they are but no person ever answers or returns the calls....
I was interested in the Palisade and came here to price out their best offer; I had been to multiple CT and NY dealerships. As a single woman (but someone who IS pretty car savvy) I appreciated that from start to finish, I was given respect, not “talked down to” (as many other car dealerships had tried to pull with me), and no one tried to “sell me” or convince me to get something extra I didn’t need. Sold Genesis and are handing us over to another dealer. What a joke. Should have gone to Milford. Couldn’t even get a proper service appointment. Once they even forgot to put in washer fluid. Joke of a dealership and service department
