I was a customer at Mirak Genesis in Arlington, MA and always felt like a Chevy customer (no offense to Chevy drivers). I could not take the lack of just about everything there. I went up to Manchester Genesis and finally felt like I was a Genesis customer. They were extremely professional and made me feel relaxed and at home. The whole building is under construction but I felt it was still more inviting than Mirak. Chelsea in the service department was very helpful and attentive during my visit. Haven't had working ac or heat for the past 3 months they've fixed it 3 times and each time stops working after a week have a 4th appoifor it soon haven't been able to enjoy my car all summer very disappointing considering the car barely has 35k miles
