I had a very good experience at Genesis of Lexington , the sales man Kanon was very helpful and friendly , the car I did want was not on the lot , they’ve found the SUV in Ohio and brought it back to the dealership , it was an easy and fairly fast transaction , I was very pleased with the all experience
We all hate buying cars. But we worked with Ben Luddeke and he made the process smooth. Our wait from the time we arrived to buy the car until we left was about 75 minutes. We drove over 3.5 hours to get the car we wanted. I would recommend this dealership.
I had an excellent experience at Don Franklin Genesis. Kanon Bennett was incredibly responsive and provided outstanding support throughout the entire buying process. His dedication and service truly made a difference. Instead of buy the car from a local dealer, I decided to travel an hour from my home just to close the deal with him.
