I have always had a great experience at Don Franklin Genesis from the moment I bought my G80. They are the only place I would take it to work in. They have gone above and beyond with the new facility. It is so nice, it felt like a spa. I almost hated leaving. Highly recommend, everyone is so friendly. I had a very good experience at Genesis of Lexington , the sales man Kanon was very helpful and friendly , the car I did want was not on the lot , they’ve found the SUV in Ohio and brought it back to the dealership , it was an easy and fairly fast transaction , I was very pleased with the all experience
We all hate buying cars. But we worked with Ben Luddeke and he made the process smooth. Our wait from the time we arrived to buy the car until we left was about 75 minutes. We drove over 3.5 hours to get the car we wanted. I would recommend this dealership.
