Numerous phone calls, trying to get an appointment for Service with no return phone call back ever! So we are going out of area to get service for our genesis because of the lack of service at the Genesis of Lawrence. It makes no sense that they would not return a phone call. Do they really think people are going to continue shopping there?

Josh jr and Matt helped us get a great deal on our new Chevy Impala. Definitely recommend for anyone searching for a new or used vehicle.
Service center was quick to fix a recall, got me in fast, and gave me a loaner. Sadly they "couldn't replicate" my issue. They claimed the driver side vent was blowing air at the same temperature as the other vents even though this problem has been going on for nearly two weeks. This video is after the dealership and shows the problem. Won't be going back. I'll go to the standalone Genesis dealership in KC.
