Blake sold me and my husband a vehicle. The buying process was quite smooth and he was very helpful during the process. However the guy in the finance department has been giving me the run around. Not even a full 2 weeks of having the vehicle, it starts making a loud noise. I’ve reached out to him multiple times and he says Blake will reached out to out to me to schedule an appointment for them to fix it yet no one has. We were greeted quickly by Ryan who picked a vehicle for us to audition which almost exactly met our requirements. We ended up buying that vehicle. Ryan worked around our schedule and made the buying process as easy as possible by providing links so much of our information could be provided remotely. There was an issue with the battery starting out. Ryan provided excellent service delivering a loaner while the issue was corrected. Blake Meche is an awesome salesman. He made buying a car effortless and headache free. Genesis of Lafayette is the place to go. He also sold my daughter a new Hyundai and she is thrilled.
Was disappointed to learn that they not only did my alignment repair incorrectly, which cost me new tires in 6k miles afterwards, but no help at all for genesis tire protection plans bought. Nor did they input my maintenance in genesis system. Once your 36k miles is up. Your no better than a Kia customer to them. Love the brand, hate the services they provide or don't for that matter.
