Good luck getting help. We have called for 3 days and no one will return a call. Spoke with the receptionist and told her that we could not get a return call. She sent us to the VOICEMAIL of the manager. Good thing we are not stuck in the side of the road
I could not be more pleased after my service experience with Allison. She is proactive and knowledgeable when explaining what’s going on with your vehicle and what needs to be done. While at the same time, listening to your concerns regarding your personal quirks on how you want your vehicle treated. All this with kindness and fun to boot!!
I have had to deal with the Service Department twice to fix my trim on my GV90. I could not be more pleased. Hannah and everyone I spoke with were kind and prompt. I would highly recommend this dealership and their Service Department.
