He is extremely professional, knowledgable, comfortable to work with and is easily accesable. Purchasing a car from Greg was a great experience and I highly recommend contacting him when you are ready to purchase your new car.
Before coming to La Quinta Genesis, my home location was the Palm Springs Genesis. Palm Springs was APPALLING to say the least, their service coordinator Jenna made me feel as if I was unworthy of being a client, and never took any of my issues seriously; stating none of my concerns were covered under warranty and I was the cause for everything. This Genesis dealer may have the worst service department in the country. They have misdiagnosed my car four times for an airbag issue. The last time I had it in the mechanics disconnected half of the electrical systems in the car which I didn't realize until had driven the car out of town. It takes forever to get in and out of the service department so I have burned up untold hours dealing with this. I love the car but I am very close to invoking the Lemon Law.
