DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. Family members took their car here (still under warranty) to fix a problem they had while traveling. They asked for a loaner; was told they did not have any and turn it in to corporate (what, on a lot full of cars!?). They did get a ride back to their rental. They were told the car would be fixed in two days. Over the next 8 days, it was finally ready, but "under warranty" they found several other "problems" that had to be fixed. Do Not TRUST GENESIS WARRANTIES ! We paid $95K for a new Genesis (owned by Hyundai). The ENGINE FAILED at 1195 miles Genesis stated it was a Manufacturing DEFECT They promised us a prompt reimbursement. SIX-MONTHS LATER : At a LOSS >$10K we were reimbursed Genesis(owned by Hyundai and related to Kia) is THE MOST UNETHICAL COMPANY I have experienced in my 68-yr lifetime.
Don’t hesitate to bring your Hyundai or Genesis to this dealership. They understand these vehicles, can repair them, and treat them and you with respect !
Had an issue with a product sold to me when I purchased my 2025 G80. GM called and quickly resolved the issue and I found this dealership responsive to the consumer
