I had a great experience with the valet service and specifically Willie who helped with the pick up, drop off and detailing of my gv70 (5/5 stars for that) Reducing to 4 stars overall since, for serve payments, Genesis of Kirkland does not have an online portal and requires the customer to read out their card details over the phone (They also charge an extra 3% fee for credit card payments, which you should pay because giving out your debit card details over the phone is a bigger risk).

Only place to get your Genesis serviced in WA state if it's under complimentary maintenance interval, but sadly: - They will try to charge you for filters covered under complimentary maintenance. When you insist, they'll partly cover these. Happened on my last 2 service visits. - Will try to upsell unnecessary services like 700$ for annual service/wheel alignment, 600$ for fuel induction service, 800$ for transmission fluid replacement(which Genesis manual suggests that shouldn't be required during the entirety of vehicle li... read more

I recently had my car serviced at Genesis of Kirkland for a minor recall, along with its regular oil change and maintenance, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Clay, the fleet manager, coordinated the valet pickup with ease, ensuring everything was well-organized. Yesterday, my parents picked up their G90 Genesis after it had been in the shop for approximately seven weeks for a warranty-related repair. Given the brand’s stated mission to “deliver an exceptional experience, one that stands apart from the rest,” I expected a level of service that reflected those values. We purchased our 2025 GV80 from Kirkland this winter and couldn't be more pleased with our new car or the overall experience. Our saleswoman, Bri, was there from start to finish and then some! From the ease of closing to her constant availability when needing to ask questions on the cars' technology or accessories/product recommendations, she's always a text or call away.
