I had my annual maintenance service with Genesis and everything went smoothly. Keegan did a great job with the vehicle cleaning and delivery — very professional and courteous. I was also provided with a new-version GV70 loaner, which was excellent car. I love large screen especially. Really appreciate the excellent service.
You really see the true character of a dealership when issues come up, since everyone will be smiling and friendly at the time of purchase. I bought a used vehicle that was not a Genesis brand, and it did have a few problems. Some dealerships tend to ignore service requests in cases like this, especially when the car is used, not their brand and sold as is. Genesis of Kirkland was different.
