Awesome valet service - Nani was kind, punctual, efficient and great all around. Thank you very much!
Didn't do much there. Appears not pushy as a normal dealer. When I went there noone acknowledged me or said hi. I had to ask people if they work there for help. Don't know if it's a good or a bad thing but it felt odd not being acknowledged at a dealer.
I have had a negative experience overall. The staff is friendly, but they forgot to put a cap on the brake fluid, which caused a leak and could have been extremely dangerous. Then (under lease and what i thought included all recommended maintenance) they say it is recommended to have a $50 additive added with the oil change which isn't covered by the lease's service agreement. I would never buy another Genesis as it seems like bait and switch on service and less than reliable service when it is completed.
My 2023 Genesis GV80 loves the valet service provided for routine maintenance. Both Keegan on the pickup and Nani on the drop off were excellent. My car was returned in pristine condition and I enjoyed the 2026 Genesis I was loaned. Very thankful for this service.
I have had two very good valet experiences with Genesis of Kirkland. I live in Mount Vernon and they come and give me a lovely new car and pick up mine when I need anything done to it. This last time Nani was my valet and she was just delightful! Very efficient and kind and in good spirits.
