Do you want your car fixed quickly? Do you hope for no issues? Do you feel communication is important. Then don't go to Genesis of Kirkland. I have had my 2023 Genesis 90 in their shop twice. Both times were full of problems and took a long time. This last trip was due to a dead battery. The 90 locks up completely and no one knows what to do from tow truck driver to mechanics at the dealership.
