The valet service was. Great. Sam is awesome.
Disappointed. Will keep this short, saw a certified pre-owned online, spoke to a rep they confirmed it's there and looks like the pictures. I drove 3 hours up to purchase, got there and saw the car was dirty inside and the seat belt had greese stains also milage was higher than advertised. Wanted to leave but spoke to a new rep (ANTHONY) and his manager (TIM) both nice guys and wanted to help close the deal. We bought a new car; Nicolly was our amazing salesperson. She was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cared about our needs. On top of that, we learned that she is trilingual. Amazing experience.
I texted them if a car was available. They responded it was. I drove 45min after work to see it. When I showed up, there were at least 5-6 people playing on their phones. Half of them looked at me. Until I stared one in the eyes,he finally came up and talked to me. Just to let me know the card that I just inquired on wasn't there. It's gone having the transmission replaced.
