The service was top notch. The experience at the dealership was really premium and valet pick up and drop off was extremely good.
If you want to get ripped off please come and get a car from this place. We spoke to their agent a night before coming to pick up the car. We were planning to buy a genesis GV80. When we drove all the way from Vancouver and arrived there after 3 hours, first our agent wasn’t even available then we found our that the driver side seat belt was covered in grease and it was so visible that you can’t ignore stains so big. Disappointed. Will keep this short, saw a certified pre-owned online, spoke to a rep they confirmed it's there and looks like the pictures. I drove 3 hours up to purchase, got there and saw the car was dirty inside and the seat belt had greese stains also milage was higher than advertised. Wanted to leave but spoke to a new rep (ANTHONY) and his manager (TIM) both nice guys and wanted to help close the deal. I recently purchased a 2023 G80 EV and have had a couple of on-boarding service department visits. The service agent, Givanni, was amazing both times. Explained everything in detail. No surprises. Definitely recommend this dealership and service department. Ask for Givanni! He'll treat you and your car right.
