On August 11, I dropped my car for oil change. Only oil change with no additional work like wash, vacuum, etc. The original quote we agreed upon (before work started) was $253. I was absolutely surprised by the number. But this is not the end of the story. Then in the bill it was $259.99. This is about 2% over. The adviser suggested to pay with debit cart in lieu of credit card which will save me 2% service charge but apparently he added it to the bill. I wish I could do zero stars. I had gone to test drive a used F-150 and when we went to talk about finances afterwards we couldn’t work out a deal at the time. No big deal I understand. The following day Eric the sales rep reaches out to me and asks if we could try again. I send him an offer which he replies “my manager said let’s do it” I told them I could be in around 4 to do the paperwork.
