Staff is friendly enough, facility is quite nice. However, I take great exception to the pricing of a replacement fob for my GV70 - which cost a whopping $2800+. You can buy the OEM fob online for under $500. There is no way the nearly 6x markup can be justified by the friendly staff and nice building. I was - put bluntly - naive and 'ripped off' - badly. My suggestion, avoid Genesis of Kirkland for any (service) parts if at all possible. They are clearly out to rob you blind. Nice people and comfie couches ... but hang onto... read more
