Brought my Genesis in for an oil change. It was easy to schedule online and they had many available appts (it used to take weeks to find an appt). The appt took longer than expected due to a machine malfunction, but my service provider comped the oil change for the inconvenience.
The experience was very professional as expected here @ Genesis of kennesaw. We purchased this 2018 qx80, Really! Nice!! Clean and drives smooth! Our salesman was Carl, he is awesome & very professional! Was very attentive to our needs, answered all our questions. I was very pleased with my experience at Kennesaw Genesis. They have a beautiful dealership with a lot of cars to choose from. I was especially pleased with getting to work with Sandra. She was very organized and had everything set up and ready to go.
