Staff is polite but they will do anything to get out of warranty concerns. Plastic key cover fell off my 2021 Genesis G70 door while driving on the highway. Since I didn’t have the part, because it decided to fall off due to cheap construction, the dealership refused to warranty the replacement. It’s a cheap part so it’s not the cost, but rather the refusal to stand behind their product that matters. 10+ year customer lost over a $30 part.

Had a great experience buying my vehicle through this dealership. Parham and Ryan were both super helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. 2023 Genesis G70 3.3T under 18,000 miles Genesis of Kearny Mesa did not offer a replacement vehicle during a 3 week major warranty repair where the engine had to be removed. I submitted a case with Genesis Corporate, who offered absolutely NO additional support in getting a vehicle to drive while mine was being serviced. The staff was friendly, but the service was horrible. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2023 gv70. While they technically completed both, they did not inflate the right side tires; I had to stop by Costco afterward just to balance the pressure with the left side. Actually, I'm doubtful they even changed the oil. Their checklist claimed the windshield was free of damage, yet there’s a massive crack running across the middle.
