They refuse to honor the concierge that the brand promoted to us and they chose to opt out which kills the value of the brand when they are the closet dealer that is two hours away from us. Never at any time did the dealer in Florida or New York promote they could opt out or we would have never purchased the vehicle knowing full well we do not have the time to drive two hours back and forth in a day for service. Excellent service received while having warrantied and scheduled maintenance performed on my 2020 G70. My baby looked brand new when picked up....well worth the 2 hour drive!!
Evaluated a GV80 lease. Price was extremely high, even considering current inventory issues. When my questions got more specific and pointed, communication ceased. I know how leases are calculated. They're well above reasonable. Seems to be consistent for this brand
