This place have the worst customer service in the planet, I was scheduled twice for a recall which I waited a month each time and both time I was told “we don’t have the proper tools to perform the recall” (I drove almost an hour there and back home twice) I was told we will call you when we received the tools but no call, I called the service to ask and now they said they don’t do recall anymore. I love my GV80, but Genesis needs to up their service game. Genesis Irvine left me hanging 2 months saying I am in the queue for concierge service car pickup from home. When I finally called them today, they mentioned they are not servicing Genesis anymore and are Hyundai only. I had to start over at Genesis Laguna.
I had a great experience purchasing my new Genesis from Genesis of Irvine! Alex Akhavan, their Fleet Manager was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with!!
Genesis dealer that does not service Genesis cars...... No words at all. What a joke.
Won’t be going back. Conflicting instructions, less than helpful service representatives. No one seems happy there.
