I arrived at three PM expecting to make an appointment for next week. The young man gave me the opportunity to get the service done at that time. I immediately jumped on it. Job was concluded and car washed by five. Thank you Kyle and crew for wonderful first service experience.
Very fast and efficient. I have the G70 came in with transmission down shifting hard at around 20mph. Issue fixed when Ii was there the next day. It’s doing the same thing. It’s a 1.5 hour drive to Huntsville. It’s getting tough.
Update as of 9/25. Another 5 star experience. Quick and professional! I had another great experience with Genesis of Huntsville on 6/10/25. Tony was fast to take down all the info I could provide on an issue with my infotainment screen. I then got a nice loaner vehicle to use, thinking my car would be in the shop for a few days. Tony called me back that afternoon stating my car was ready. It was a connector issue that was quickly remedied.
