We went into the service center at lunch, no appointment, and a bad batt. We talked with our Genesis Service Mgr. Tony and he immediately opened a workforce, found us a batt and had our car repaired! This is the service we bought with our GV 70 in Florida, and we are very pleased to be getting this high quality experience in Huntsville. A special thanks to our Service Mgr. Tony for doing exceptional work!! Give that man a raise!!
Excellent service once again at Bentley. Easy to make an appointment, check-in was convenient and service was completed quickly. We were notified that the car ready ans promised and pick-up was smooth. Really professional operation.
I love my Genesis and Tony at the service desk is amazing. They are always on top of everything and super friendly.
Toni did a fantastic job assisting me with my Genesis recall items from provider a loaner to getting oil changed. He is amazing.
