Utterly unprofessional and rude. Take your business elsewhere. Drive to Birmingham to the other Genesis dealership honestly.
This is one dealership I would not recommend. Their markup is crazy!!!! I will NEVER buy or recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them.
Very bad experience from this dealership. First, the customer service was bad from the second I walked into the door. Secondly, the vehicles are marked up well over MSRP! They advertise the MSRP online but then when you come in for a test drive the vehicles are marked up 12-15K over MSRP. Completely ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and go to Lexus of Birmingham.
