Zeigler buys out Elhart and no one communicates anything to anyone to inform their customers yet still schedules service appts far out. Had to call about my service appt that I tried booking in May but was told to wait until a part came in. Called again mid June and got delayed until August. After seeing the news article of the buy out, I called to see if my appt was still on and was told nope and they refer me to call Maple Auto in Kalamazoo. Will never buy a car from Zeigler due to how they handled this. I understand some ... read more
