I recently had the pleasure of receiving service at Genesis of Hilton Head, and I must say the customer service was exceptional. Brian, the manager, was incredibly courteous and took the time to check on me regularly, even while managing his other responsibilities. Nancy, the service advisor, was an absolute delight. Great service. They keep you informed of the status on your car. So easy to deal with. So much happier with Genesis now that it has moved from Auto Nation. Service has gotten even better. Shout out to Nancy in Service who was fantastic with keeping me informed on the status of my repair. She really knows customer service.
I was surprised, I bought my SUV back in 2021. So far all the dealerships have been nothing but horrible. But I think this new owner might do a good job for the Genesis dealership in the Hilton Head area.
Although the sales process went fairly soothly, after the sale has been disappointing to say the least. My trade in payoff amount decreased before the dealer paid it off and I have had an awful time collecting the difference from this dealership. After multiple calls to finance not being returned I spoke to Josh in finance who promised to resolve my issue. I received a check a couple of weeks ago for roughly half of what I was expecting. Three calls to Josh for an accounting of the discrepancy have not been returned. Very un... read more
