Horrible dealership. Hope they go out of business
The service here is laughable at best. I purchased a new GV70 in 2021 and have had some issues with the car since purchasing and while the problems were unfortunate, I really like the car and would be willing to overlook them if the service was up to par. It has been anything but. Mickey has no idea what communication is and Jessica has no idea what she is doing. When confronted with concerns, she deflects and refuses to accept responsibility. If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had such an awful experience getting a vehicle serviced in my ten years of owning them. I spent almost $2000 getting new tires and parts put on, just to get my car back and have my rims and tires be coated in residue from whatever adhesive was used. Then my tire pressure system failed a few hours after picking up the car. My experience with Genesis of Hilton Head was excellent. Anthony Lucas was so helpful and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. Anthony was the deciding factor in my opting to go with Genesis. I was looking at the Genesis GV70, Mercedes GLC300, and BMW X3. Anthony worked with me to get a vehicle I would love while understanding my financial limitations.
