Service department: I’ve had my Genesis serviced here for about a couple years now. Most of the time I have a fair experience and understand that sometimes there is a wait. I came in recently for an oil change that I had an appointment for and booked a week or so prior. It took over 2 hours to get the oil changed on this trip. When I go to pay, I made a comment to one of the advisors that it took way longer than what I was expecting. I purchased my 2022 GV80 in a distant city due to limited availability in my location. I love my car - still trying to learn all the features. I had my first service done on the vehicle at Genesis of High Point this Fall. It was a very disappointing experience given what is promised by Genesis USA. A luxury service experience is quite different from what one receives here. Maybe it works for Kia and Hyundai owners, but this is not par with what was promised nor does it compare with Lexus or BMW service.
My GV80 SUV 2023 is absolutely wonderful! I was treated like a king with honesty and courtesy. I would put this car up against any car made in the world this car is fantastic.
