Sale didn't go thru but Virginia Aileen is very accommodating person when I started asking questions on a particular vehicle. Somehow, I got switched to a different person (probably management) and the deal fell thru. If you need, do ask for her. She will make your buying experience an easy experience and stress free. i
I live in McAllen about 30 miles away from Harlingen. I own a 2025 Genesis GV80 that is currently under factory warranty. I contacted them for service and was informed that they would not provide Genesis Service Valet (pickup and delivery) solely because I did not purchase the vehicle from their dealership. Genesis markets a consistent, luxury ownership experience across its brand, including Service Valet. Denying this service based on point of purchase creates an inconsistent and diminished customer experience.
Everyone check your CARFAX! If you’ve been getting your vehicle serviced here, this dealership is not reporting anything to carfax. Why should you care? Well when you’re ready to sell or upgrade the new buyer will not be able to see that you have been regularly maintaining your vehicle. I am so disappointed. I also just tried calling the GM and Christopher didn’t answer my call.
