I was trying to buy a BMW, however I decided to give it a try for Genesis. On the first test-drive car, the air conditioning was not working, so they changed to another test-drive car. The second test car hole dashboard was flickering. I came back to the dealer after a test drive, and finally, the engine died in their parking lot. What is wrong with this car or this dealership.
Paola consistently fails to provide satisfactory customer service, from arranging loaner vehicles during routine maintenance to exhibiting a condescending demeanor. Currently, I am experiencing issues with a recall on my 2023 GV70, as well as a persistent beeping sound from the sensor whenever I apply the brakes. It's always such a struggle to schedule an appointment for service at this dealership. It took me several calls to FINALLY get through to schedule my appointment. I dropped off my car during my lunch hour, only to be told that a shuttle back to work was not available because I showed up unannounced. I had an appointment scheduled for service.
