This is the only place I bring my cars for service. They are awesome and the service advisors are awesome. Great communication all day today
The worst service department ever. I was told to bring my car in on a Wednesday, once i dropped it off, I then get an email saying it wouldn't get looked at until Monday..... First of all, why did you take my car on Wednesday if it wasn't going to get looked at until the next Monday....smh. Second of all, when Monday comes, still no updates. I took it upon my self just to go get my car, at that point I didn't care if it was finished or not. Or and remind you it was only a diagnostic test. Wasted money on a rental and everyth... read more
