I was not Expecting for the process go as smoothly as it did but Baby...I got a Brand new Car Thx to the whole team at Hyundai, everyone was very Professional, the atmosphere was fresh and Clean. I liked the dealership as a whole; the service department not so much. I had an appointment on a Friday to look at a problem and when I arrived I was told that I’d have to leave the car until Monday or Tuesday because they don’t do diagnostics on Friday. Wasted trip. So I made a 0900 appointment for Tuesday. 5 hours later I asked for status and was told that someone was looking at it. 5 hours … yeah. At days end I was told that they couldn’t replicate the problem. Sheesh.

I had great service experience with my leased vehicle at the Hampton location. I recently relocated back to area and needed a state inspection and a front license plate installed. They helped with all of it. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the service was efficient. Special thanks to everyone there, and Valencia in particular for the kind and professional customer service.
