This is a very good dealership. We always receive excellent service here.
Appointment was 9:30am. Specific request for Full Synthetic Oil. 2 hours later upon check out my service ticket states Synthetic Blend. I talked to service manager and he stated “it won’t damage your car”. But I asked for Full Synthetic oil! Very disappointed with customer service at this dealership service department. Called the GM and expressed my concerns and experience. So, I still really don’t know what type of oil was put in my car. Very disappointed that I didn't get the hand carwash and my vehicle vacuumed on the inside. One of the reasons I purchased the Genesis as an extra perk. I'm a busy professional.
