Went into get our 2018 Tucson checked, walked out with a 2024 Santa Cruz! Our sales rep was Zach and he was great! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! We are extremely happy about our decision! Thanks Zach!
I called this location two days ago to ask to set up an appointment just to change the oil on my vehicle. They told me yes we can do that or you can just walk in as long as you come in before 3:00 PM and then that’s what I do And they told me that they cannot help me that I gotta be put on the schedule. It all depends who answers the phone everybody got a different answer. Everybody got a different set of rules.
Zach was great to work with. I been trying to find a new car for several months now, and he did not dissapoint, he replied fast, he guided, he heard what I was looking for, he heard me and helped me with the purchase. I recommend Zach from Hyundai Bergstrom in Green Bay. Personality, friendliness, proffessional!!
