Yahve Ontiveros was my sales person. He made, what is usually a painful process, buying a car, a not unpleasant experience. The dealership has a "no haggling" policy and apparently the sales people are not paid by commission, so sales pressure is kept at a minimum. This helps a lot. There were a few minor problems upon delivery, but Yahve and the rest of the staff, who were also very accommodating, fixed all of the issues.
