Once again I received excellent customer service. My vehicle was serviced in a timely matter.
We just purchased a beautiful Genesis GV70. .Everything about the Golden dealership worked perfectly. Yahve, the gentleman who helped us, could not have been more professional and helpful. He fully explained the features of the car and even re-explained in a couple of instances. I came away feeling like I had bought a very well engineered car that had the backing and service of a great group of people. Thank you! I encourage you to ask for Yahve if you are thinking about a Genesis!!!
Great experience. Lisa Stanley is a professional. Made it easy to work through the purchase/ lease of the car. She was transparent during the process. This allowed us to have honest conversations about what we wanted/didn’t want. Made it feel like a collaborative conversation.
The buying experience is scary and bad. My vehicle is ok but there is nothing about the Company, the product and dealership that by comparison is up to a luxury level. My experience was that Genesis of Golden is not a safe place to do business. The more they say (management and salesperson) the more you realize they cannot be trusted. I only suggest, bring an attorney with you when doing business at Genesis of Golden. If I could do it again, I would never have bought from Genesis of Golden.
