This review is strictly about their maintenance department. I have a 2025 G70 with 3000 miles on it. The media screen blanked out...no backup camera, no navigation, no nothing which is major when you consider all the functions controlled from the media screen. I originally tried to make the appt through the app but it was not working. I called the service department 3 times yesterday leaving messages with no response. Horrible I recently had worked there parted ways with them, but before I left, I got an oil change there not only was. I told that I didn’t have to pay for oil change as an employee and tip. The service employee come to find out when I recently just got my oil change now they never even changed my filter. That is the same filter prior to oil change to go. All they did was throw oil in it, having oil leaking from the filter because the oil filter was punctured reusing oil filters here then the manager had the nerve to ask me ... read more
1. Ryan was awesome. Great personality. Honest. Knowledgeable. Friendly. And remembered my daughter's name which was a throwaway comment by me, that he picked up on. 2. Nicole was kind punctual knowledgeable speedy and when I asked for a better rate on the wheels she was competitive for Genesis and still got me an acceptable rate. 3.
