They sold me a lemon and won’t do anything for me. Genesis GV70 has been at different dealers 3 times for a total of 8 weeks within a year for same problem. Ended up being stranded again close to this same dealer that sold me the car and they would only give me a loner for 24 hours when I live 200 miles away! Sold me a piece of junk and treat me like a piece of crap
Matt Carlin was very helpful in making my car buying process pleasant and easy. I knew what I wanted and Matt was able to locate my car in Manchester, New Hampshire. I was very pleased when he told me that he was able to have the car delivered on a flatbed rather than having it driven to the dealership. He was very informative and knowledgeable during my orientation with the car. I left the dealership with my new car very happy.
My experience was amazing our guy was mike he was never pushy let us test drive as many cars my wife wanted to drive and not once was pressured I am in the auto repair bussiness and always expect the worst ready to be compative buut no he was perfect even when we told him about color prefrence on our gv80 he was able to get it for us in a week. wow fantastic also nicole another star the insurance guy another gem never felt pressured great experience and by the way we have the car over a month beautiful perfect power elegance... read more
