Great staff with friendly advice and easy process. Best to book an appointment with the team so they have everything ready for you when you come in. Opt in for their Genesis service valet they will pick up your car and return it for you once the service is done.
I had a windshield replaced on a genesis g80. They didn’t give me a paid receipt and I can’t get reimbursed by State Farm insurance. Chasing service rep and doesn’t call back. Poor customer service
Truly a great experience working with Matt Carlin. He never pressured us, took his time explaining the car's features, and helped us through the very easy purchase process.
