Went to this dealership with interest in the G70. Placed a $500 REFUNDABLE deposit down in hopes of getting the car but the deal did not work out. Dealership now won’t give me my deposit back. BEWARE. Do not do business at this location.
If you want a Service Department that exceeds all expectations then this is the place to go. Percy, Rochelle, Brian, all of them have more than done their job. They alone give you all the reason to purchase and service your vehicle from Freehold Genesis. Great job, all of you.
I walked in with no experience with Genesis but needed to get a new car. Ryan Cummings greeted me and welcomed me in. My experience at the store was extremely welcoming. Ryan helped me buy a car rather than selling me a car. I have had 11 car buying experiences, this has been by far the best. I would recommend to anyone!

Great service, Mike from the Genesis team was very helpful, knowledgeable, and knew the ins and outs of the vehicles, and more importantly, a genuinely nice guy. The team has a large inventory that extends beyond the lot to a massive location next to the Freehold Mall, so the chances that they'll have something immediate is high.
