My experience with Genesis of Fayetteville was the best I ever had. I’ve been dealing with Cadillac’s every since I was old enough to drive and never got service like this. I’m talking about over 40 years with Cadillac. Genesis you have my vote for the best of the best car showmanship of automobiles. Cadillac you have to step your game up. Because you all lost a use to be loyal Cadillac man and I’m never going back.
Came to Genesis of Fayetteville to test drive a GV70 2.5T Select. Asked for their best out the door price. Their "best OTD price" was MSRP. I asked was that really the best they could do and they said it was. They didn't have the color combination I wanted on the lot and said they had to trade a car elsewhere to get get it. They wanted me to pay for the gas to drive their car there and to bring my car back.
