Time of requested service appointment to first available appointment was very short. Greeted properly and wait time for service completion was reasonable.
I was advised by Genesis of Cary to have my GV70 serviced in Fayetteville due to a lack of trained technicians at the Cary location. I called Genesis of Fayetteville and they were able to schedule me the next day. When I arrived at the Fayetteville location Service Advisor Marcos was very accommodating and had the car serviced within the 2 hr time he advised it would take (2nd oil change and associated services). I was very pleased.
Fast and friendly! Drove one hour and 20 mins for service on my GV70 due to my local Genesis shop being backed up. From the initial interaction over the phone, and upon my arrival I was pleased! Kellie H. was my service writer, and she was very informative and helpful. I would definitely take the drive again.
