Scheduled an appointment with with Genesis of Fairfield after a miserable time trying to get anyone to answer the phone at the other nearby Genesis service department. I couldn't even get a return call. It was unreal. Anyway, I called these folks and they answered quickly and were friendly and accommodating on the phone. Scheduling service was quick and easy.
