I had a a very wonderful experience with Genesis of Englewood. My service manager, Dave, was extremely courteous and professional. I used to get my car serviced in Mahwah Liberty and they were the worst. Difference between Mahwah and Englewood is literally Day and Night. Thank you Dave.
I had a glass installation service appointment through Genesis of Englewood. Since the repair was covered by my insurance, I reached out to the service advisor, Jason Morgan, via email to request a complete estimate. I arranged to have my car picked up by their valet service weeks in advance for just a routine 8,000 mile maintenance. I thought it would be a nice perk to take advantage of as part of the purchase. It was picked up early in the morning but by late the following afternoon it still had not been returned. No communication was had on the day of pick up and only an apology the following day, yet the car is still not here. I am a former customer of Liberty Genesis in Mahwah, which closed. The only 2 Genesis dealerships and service departments near me are Englewood and Wayne. I had a lot of issues getting emergency service on my GV60 at Englewood, I was having a 12-volt battery problem. Called for 3 straight days and spoke to various personnel, and also left messages and still waited around for help. Took a lot of waiting while having issues.
