Joanne was extremely helpful. Very highly recommend. I really liked how friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful everyone was at Genesis of Englewood. The dealership was clean, the experience was easy, and the competitive pricing made it a great luxury shopping experience.
Very disappointing service at Genesis of Englewood. I was told that my tire pressures had been checked and adjusted, but immediately after leaving, the dashboard still showed low tire pressure. On top of that, the valve stem caps on the right-side tires were missing. How can such basic items be overlooked at a Genesis service center? Very poor attention to detail.
Jon Paul was exceptionally personable, knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend his services.
We had a pleasant, low-pressure experience with our knowledgable car consultant Jae Kim. The showroom was clean and had a large selection of cars for us to view.
