The worst car buying experience I’ve had, in El Paso or elsewhere. We went in trying to buy another Hyundai. We like the brand and had identified a model that seemed the best fit for us. The sales associate (I believe his name was Steve) was very friendly at first and quickly showed us the cars and took us on test rides of various models. He brought along another guy who said he was active duty military which was highly unusual but we were okay with it despite him coming off as creepy. Bought a car received all these promises and didn’t get them. Took my car in for its first oil change after purchase and they left me with a flat tire and didn’t bother to help me fix it Casa Kia service center is 1000% better !
I brought my car in for a simple oil change and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience. After picking up my vehicle, I realized that cash I had left in my car was missing. I always lock my doors and rarely have anyone else in my car, so this was very concerning.
