Very bad customer service. Went in to since the gas tank cover was getting stuck. Left it on a Saturday morning and never got a call back. Went Monday to see if it was ready and it was. When I picked it up had the contact information of the previous owner. The representative never asked to verify my contact information. Also when I picked it up they hadn't done anything to it since started working. A few weeks later took back for the same issue. They charged a lot of money for services that weren't done..... They also try to upsell my saying that we should get the car flushed because there's a lot of debris inside of it? I talked to another mechanic and they said that it's not really a thing. I don't know why this spot always offers this service but I always decline....
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hyundai , From start to finish, there was a complete lack of communication. My service advisor was switched multiple times without any notice, which led to a lot of confusion and miscommunication. Every time I called for updates, I was either put on hold for an extended period or transferred to someone who had no idea about my situation. La verdad no recomiendo comprar hyundai no por el auto si no x los malos malísimos súper malísimos servicios al cliente !!!!!me rompieron las luces traseras me rasparon mi auto nuevo 2024 tan solo 3 semanas con él y ya lleva 2 en la agencia en servicios y el empleado encargado del servicio se hace el distraído y no me da respuesta concisa y no se hace responsable x los dańos a mi auto !!!!no volvería a contar jamás un hyundai !!!!!
