Took my cat for an oil change and a recall. A few days later the car doesn’t turn on. They want me to pay out of pocket to tow the car and if they find that they were not responsible they will charge the diagnostic fee. How is this even possible. To take a car for regular service and now the customer has to pay to find out their mistake. Horrible service!!
I was greeted by the service manager and shown to a comfortable sitting area. The work was done, expediently and professionally. Very nice experience.
