I just Bought my wife the White Gv70 Genesis on 10/23/25 and that day was a 8 hour experience. Tera was outstanding and very patient with me. She knew I wanted my wife to have this vehicle no matter the cost. Then as my wife got lost a few times getting here it turned out nice. She loves it. They were very patient and my wife met a new friend with Tera.
i schedule an appointment online and when i went they directed me to the toyota service department. when i went there i was told genesis is moving and they are only handling maintenance matters even though i specifically indicated the reason for the visit and it was not a maintenance issue. i was offered to leave the car and when they move in a couple of weeks they will send it to the commerce township location to assess at that time. this was a waste of my time and could have been told all that from the beginning. no respec... read more
I had my GV70 8,000 mile service today. In advance, I looked at the reviews of various Genesis dealers in the Detroit area. They all had negative reviews, so I had my eyes open today. The service was exactly what I would expect from a luxury car dealership. I was told this Dearborn location is a temporary site. Soon, a new facility will house this Genesis dealership in Commerce. Nice job, great service.
Emiliano and Ben (Manager) are wonderful. Very attentive, thoughtful, and caring. I have dealt with several other luxury brands in the past, but never has anyone provided this level of communication and responsiveness. Highly recommend!
Been on hold for over an hour now trying to get service scheduled. Every-time I Leave a voicemail they do not return my call.
