Terence and Tyler were awesome and helped me with EVERYTHING regarding my Genesis! I actually got the car at Feldman and they didn’t bother to show me anything! I’m grateful for the help from Terence and Tyler! Now I know all about the Genesis - I should have known last year!

Adding this review for Genesis as well because Terence splits time in this building and he’s just so amazing, I have to scream it from the rooftops… I had the pleasure of working with Terence Bell and he made the whole experience amazing. As a first time car buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had been on a few test drives prior to coming to Hyundai in Commerce and they were not great because of the salesperson. I'm rating on my financing experience with the Sales Manager and General Managers, they are very unprofessional and the worst car financing experience I ever had, they play with and hide numbers in the in your quote, jacking up the MSRP to bring it back down to the same number, so it seams you have a good selling price barely any dealer discounts unless they can recoupe it back from Genesis. I received an oil change reminder for tomorrow from the new Genesis dealer in Commerce, and the text said an oil change and filter replacement was estimated at $200, which I thought was insane. I called to get some clarification and was told someone from the service department would call me back. Never got a call, so I canceled my appointment and I'm going somewhere else. I've never paid anywhere close to $200 for an oil change.

I purchased a used 2026 Gv70 with 10K miles on it. With certified used it’s supposed to go through a thorough inspection however, my brakes were vibrating within one day. While they were replacing that and also touching up 2 dings on the car they provided me a loaner that was filthy inside and out. The kicker that prompted this review is they are not honoring free oil changes that were told to me in the finance office with Austin (whom has yet to return one of my 3 calls) that would be included with my purchase since the car... read more
