Terra and Ben were awesome. I feel like family now.
The worst Dealer experience I have ever had. With being only 1 of a few Genesis Dealership you would hope for better Customer Service. The Lasy in the Service Department was rude and unprofessional. She was upset with me because I couldn’t tell her “who” scheduled my appointment. I don’t work at the Dealership and she has access to a computer that should be able to provide that information l. My mother came in and purchased a vehicle through Taylor the sales girl. The paperwork shows Austin as the Finance Manager and Ben as the Sales Manager. This dealership was honest, and my mom says it was beautiful. I work in Finance and I was elighted to see that they did not take advantage of my geriatric mother. She said Ben explained everything slowly to her and made sure she understood everything, and Austin was pleasant to work with. Do not use this dealership! They took 52 days to fix an infotainment screen that was turning off on occasion. No loaner vehicles meant I needed to contact customer service to obtain a rental. Dealer contacted me ONCE in 51 days regarding status. Only when the BBB got involved did things suddenly speed up. I thought this being a standalone Genesis dealership meant exceptional service. No. I received far better service at the Hyundai dealership where my Genesis "luxury" experience was no different than owning a Hyundai.
Very disappointed with this dealership and their service. We specifically chose a Genesis GV70 2024 because of the promised valet service and loaner vehicles — services we paid extra for, along with an extended warranty up to 100,000 miles. After the first two visits, they simply stopped providing loaners, always saying “no cars available.” Recently, my car had a water pump failure.
