Very disappointed with this dealership and their service. We specifically chose a Genesis GV70 2024 because of the promised valet service and loaner vehicles — services we paid extra for, along with an extended warranty up to 100,000 miles. After the first two visits, they simply stopped providing loaners, always saying “no cars available.” Recently, my car had a water pump failure. Absolutely horrible, horrible service dept, stay away from this dealership! They make promises they don't intend on keeping. Ben in sales promises much and delivers Absolutely zero. Good luck even trying to get a response from the service dept!!
I just bought a used Buick from them. Bryan M was helpful and knowledgeable! He made the experience easy to understand and fun! I had been shopping around for a while and this was the only dealership that kept their cars well maintained inside and out. Friendly atmosphere too. Thank you to everyone who helped me with this process!
