Q was able to fit me in their schedule on Christmas week. They were able to get my Genesis repaired during the holidays to minimize my down time. Service from drop off to pick up has been smooth, professional, and quick. Thank you Q and staff for getting it done!
This place is a joke. Not sure why they are open. Rarely can get to speak with a service person directly. If you need to order a part be prepared to constantly call them and follow up on it. The vehicle itself seems to be ok it’s the dealership after you make the purchase that you’re going to be having issues with. Good Luck.
I bought prepaid extended service to my Genesis up to 60 k miles. The service liaison refused to service the car without even looking at the deta of the contract or discuss it with service manager. I was sent away.
The team at Genesis of Daytona Beach did an excellent job helping me get back on the road after a tire incident with my Genesis. They were quick and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process.
