Dropped my car off for a recall a week ago with the deadline of this Wednesday and have not received a single update after calling several times a day each day. Today I finally received a text in all caps saying they just got the parts in TODAY, TUESDAY and to “leave it or come back and get it” if I want it fixed. *Update: After this review, 2 weeks later I was left stranded by the side of the road, which was caused by the problem I needed looked at. DeLand Hyundai is where we were towed to, and they looked at it the same day. They also offered us a loaner, in the meanwhile, as the repair would take a few days, which we were balked at in Daytona, when we asked if they were available.* Service Department is a waste of time. My car with 44k miles on it can't be seen for nearly a month. Was told St. Augustine was closed which meant they ... read more
