Refused to repair my parents car while on the road traveling. Worst customer service of all! Car is a year old with 7K miles and corporate refuse to pick up the bill my parents incurred with a local car shop because they couldn’t fit the car in for 3+ days! Go to real luxury BMW AND MERCEDES because THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE…
Genesis of Daytona Beach is a great dealership and Johnathan Cabrera ROCKS as a salesperson. He’s extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
Cars are beautiful and most run fine. But breakdown and request emergency service from this dealership FORGET ABOUT IT!! My wife pleaded while traveling to have Genesis of Daytona just check out the problem. Service Manager said it would be at least 2-3 days. “Rent a car or stay in a hotel” We were 250 miles from home. Forced to use a local repair shop in Ormond. Now Corporate Genesis turned down my request for reimbursement. $70,000 2024 G80 with 7200 miles and I’m forced to pay $900 for repairs and a hotel.
