I have a leased vehicle from Genesis and attempted to buyout option after 1 year. They charged tax in about 3k, which they've never explained from the beginning. Next process was even worse with their attitude. I asked about the dealer's buyback price after lease buyout option. The price they provided was 30k. The service department will truly test your patience, by practicing terrible customer service with a strong lack of professionalism. There will be delays in receiving the vehicle parts. Upon receipt of your parts they do not follow up and if they do the next delay tactic they practice is it will take time to actually have your vehicle serviced. Not a dealer to be trusted. Put together a deal online. Double and triple-checked with the salesperson. The manager did not honor the very deal that the website is calculating. The manager said, "You don't have to trust me, I am here to do business". False advertising and reporting to ***.
I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership about 2 years ago. At that time, I also purchased a wheel and windshield coverage package. I was promised this would cover unlimited windshield replacements and wheel repairs. Sadly, I have needed this service since about 3 months of ownership.
