I brought my vehicle in today for an early morning service appointment and left extremely disappointed with the experience. I arrived at 8:30 AM and was directed to the lobby, where I was told that Steve would be coming to speak with me. Unfortunately, no one—Steve or anyone else—ever came to check on me during my entire visit, which lasted until noon. Excellent Service. Derek waa outstanding in assisting me with warranty repairs on my G80! He had to jump through hoops because my car was made in Canada but, he made sure things all worked out. I appreciate it and recommend this place.
