Spilled hot coolant all over my engine bay and front bumper and fenders and returned it to me like that and tried to LIE and say it was water When all the residue is pink And then the service advisor BRYAN (short bald guy) says “ oh your car is ceramic coated and has PPF you’re fine” so because I have that it’s okay to damage the PPF? Oscar was professional, polite, and timely with all aspects of servicing my Genesis.
I was extremely disappointed working with Oscar during my recent visit. In addition to the recommended services, I also needed new tires. I asked Oscar for a quote for tires and I said that I wanted the same tires that were already on my G90 (Michelin). Oscar called with a verbal quote and never mentioned a different brand of tires. I verbally approved the quote completely under the impression that he was actually quoting what I asked for, Michelin tires.
