Bait and switch tactics in finance. Purchased a GV70 and during the sale was offered two supplemental coverages at one price but then in finance told no way. During a ongoing and lengthy finance session I specifically asked about the costs of additional coverages and shown a price that was in fact a monthly payment, not the cost of coverage, but when we mentioned putting additional money down to cover the cost instead of financing it, the misunderstanding was not corrected - we ended up with supplemental coverages nearly 15%... read more
Our sales person Wendi was fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone going into finance to insist on them showing you the bottom line pricing for ANY warranty you may want to purchase. DO NOT LET THEM just move along showing you an amount at the bottom of the screen, which is your monthly payment, not the price of a product. We never buy a car based on a monthly payment and it felt very rly deceptive and not transparent. Trustworthiness is earned by honesty and transparency.
