Service center staff rude and very unprofessional. Engine smoking, car over heating in my GV70 after having if for 4 months. Horrible customer service DO NOT REVOMMEND.
I worked with Jeff to purchase my Audi. He made the process very easy and simple. After bringing my car home I noticed a chip in the windshield. I contacted Jeff. He and Gene were so gracious to replace the windshield for me at no charge. They absolutely did not have to do that and I am very appreciative. Customer service at its finest.
I purchased a used Range Rover out of state in Ohio in May of 2025 . The salesperson, Wendie Martin, was a joy to deal with and helped me find a great delivery company to deliver my car. She made the sales process go smoothly. The finance team was great to deal with as well. The car did have an issue that the management team helped to resolve. Genesis of Columbus does not add items to a vehicle that you are forced to purchase, unlike many other dealers. This company is extremely honorable, and I look here first for my next c... read more
