Excellent experience all around. They were responsive, put together a very good lease, and located/made available the exact model and color GV60 I was looking for. Special shout out to my sales person Cole who has provided some of the best after-the-sale support I’ve ever received from any dealership. Oh, and it doesn’t hurt that so far, I love the car. 😀
I have never had such trouble with a service department: not writing things down, making promises they don't keep, wasting my time. So frustrating!!
This is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I was an out of state customer and Brent in sales was able to help me streamline purchasing my vehicle all online. Amazing experience. Went in to look at a Lincoln MKZ & was helped by Jean & Cole. They helped me find the best rate i could find , and were very understanding and easy to work with. The coolest car salesmen i’ve ever encountered. Overall, a great dealership!
