The dealership was crowded and it seemed like it took forever to buy a car but the staff was fabulous from start to finish. I test drove two models, both of which had to be dug out of the snow. Wendi worked hard to get the deal done and management were helpful as the staff was on the run. Good place to do business.
We had a great experience buying our car from Jeff at Genesis of Columbus. He was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process, showing us multiple cars—even though one was buried in snow after a snowstorm! I purchased my new 2026 GV70 from a salesperson named Kyle a little over a month ago. Although I felt cared for in the beginning, once the sale was made, they couldn't care less about you. Kyle and the entire Genesis team at this location just want the sale. I experienced the sale with my immigrant father, where English is his second language, and Kyle was not only patronizing and rude, but he truly tried everything to make us feel dumb.
