Overall a mixed customer service experience, somewhat helpful, but had bunch of problems 1)after I left from Columbus ohio when I got back home to dayton ohio, I noticed the back plate where the screws go the bolts of the previous plate were rusted and broken so now I got those bolts drilled out of pocket $100 needed a receipt for reimbursement which was done for cash at a private shop so was out of pocket for me. 2) Gap was added and was told the rate will drop but 1200 was added i have asked it to be removed signed the doc... read more
