Mark always kills it for me. The whole process is a well oiled machine. Give everyone in that building a raise. Ownership should be very thankful for that team, but usually when a team runs so well, there’s good management and ownership. That I don’t know. But what I do know is they’re a good one, I won’t cheat on them. Thank you for all the hard work as always.

TL;DR Go anywhere else. They don't respect you, your time or money here. Spent all day traveling to different dealers, and just when I thought I couldn't be more disappointed, we met the team at Genesis Hyundai. I was very clear of my interest in their recertificated used inventory and wanted to test drive competitive models to get an idea of what the line offered.
