Very poor customer service!
It was a good experience. I was greeted and escorted to the waiting area for my tire rotation and oil change. I liked that the television station was on the HGTV channel. I enjoyed having a video and explanation of the work on the car. I do not like that I was asked to up on additives, but no one tried to badger me when I said no which I appreciate. When the car was done, I was escorted to the car and off I went. The experience lasted one and a half hours.
This was our first time at Fitzgerald Genesis for service on our 2021 G90 - 5.0 .We had a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in - Genesis Crespo was our Service Advisor very efficient ,listened to us ,asked questions and followed up with us .
