We had a wonderful experience with Dez and Jeremy at the Clearwater Genesis dealership. We found a car and bought it that day! They were so great and easy to work with. Fantastic customer service.
Cassie was a great guide thru my experience. She explained every path of the process & also gave me guidance, that made my experience honest, worry-free and Overall seamless.
Very poor customer service!
It was a good experience. I was greeted and escorted to the waiting area for my tire rotation and oil change. I liked that the television station was on the HGTV channel. I enjoyed having a video and explanation of the work on the car. I do not like that I was asked to up on additives, but no one tried to badger me when I said no which I appreciate. When the car was done, I was escorted to the car and off I went. The experience lasted one and a half hours.
