We had a decent experience buying our car. The dealer was able to locate and transport the specific trim that we liked and our salesman, Jake Reiner, was very nice and helpful. The finance manager, Richard Watkins, however took a very long time to show up and finish the financing process.
I was referred to Genesis of Clear Lake by a friend and I do not regret taking her advice to visit this dealership. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome and it just got better after that. I highly recommend this dealership Leslie was great she explained all of the features on the beautiful Genesis GV80 will definitely be purchasing soon.
Worse dealership I’ve ever dealt with! The sales guys are like the cars they sale, cheap knockoffs of something of quality (Bentleys). Find a different dealership to buy your vehicle.
