I have owned 2 Genesis. Both of them have been very reliable and just amazing automobiles. This new Genesis dealership's service department is simply one of the best I've ever worked with. They notice issues and fix them on the spot. The service personnel are very professional. The last time I was in, as I walked to the vehicle, he noticed some cosmetic items and quickly took care of them as I checked out. I honestly can't say enough about them. I'll definitely be getting another car here.
FIve stars all the way! Awesome service! I had an absolutely amazing experience at Genesis of Clear Lake! From the moment I drove up, I was greeted right away by Daniel, my service advisor, he was friendly and treated me with genuine care and professionalism. I wasn't going to leave this review but I think its necessary to let people know how they can improve. Last week I brought my vehicle in for service. While the facility and the people I dealt with were great.....whoever worked on my car has a MAJOR body odor problem. I came to pick up my nice new vehicle, a luxury brand at that.....and it smells like someone who hasn't showered in a month inside.....Completely disgusting! Do better!
I am happy to say that Genises has stepped up their service department and has make my experence wonderful. Danny, Matt and Daniel are working hard to make Clear Lake Genises a great place to get your repairs complete and great comunication while it is in the shop. They also noticed my trim had faded and replaced my trim under the warrenty. That was a nice surprise. Thanks you.
