Bought a 2025 GV80 in August. Called to get serviced, they won't have a loaner car available for over 2 weeks? Doesn't do me a lot of good given I'm headed out on a 800-mile drive in 2 weeks? I had to call in to the dealership 3 times to finally get through to service. Not sure why there isn't a phone prompt for service, or a direct line? Tried to schedule complimentary maintenance/service on my 2025 GV80 today. I was told over 2 week wait for a service loaner. Seems excessive, and in like most of the other reviews I read, Genisis fails to live up to the service after the fact of a luxury vehicle manufacturer. Never had this level of service at Mercedes or Acura. Kinda sad as it's a nice ride, lack of service will make me think about another manufacturer next purchase.
We were shown the GV60 today and are very much looking forward to our test drive. Sarah was very helpful and patiently answered all our questions on features and how everything worked. Very impressive all round - thank you!
Great conversation with Mustafa, deserves a rise
Where do I begin? My husband surprised me with the new Genesis GV80 coupe for my birthday. We had the vehicle less than 2 weeks and the entire front panel went awry. A rep from the service dept tried to troubleshoot over the phone. Finally, we had to bring the car back to the dealership. It was seriously unsafe to drive. I purchased a used Genesis G80. The day following purchase, the sunroof became stuck in the open position. Naturally, I was upset. I took it to the Genesis dealer in Wilkes-Barre. They were super attentive. I was provided a loaner car while they kept mine for servicing. For the two days that they had the car, they communicated with me proactively via text. I picked up the car with everything working properly. I was impressed with the professionalism of the people in the service department.
