Sales process was very easy, no pressure. John Bannon did an excellent job. Beware of Finance Manager. Not very transparent. Kept all info to himself. Tried to sell us a 3 year maintenance package that was already provided by Genesis. Other bundled packages he offered kept changing in price each time I questioned him.
