I went in for some routine maintenance and a few weeks later had some trouble. My car needed to be towed to the service center and the whole team was phenomenal. The service manager set everything up, towed it out, looked at it himself when the work was done, then had it brought back to me so I didn’t have to pick it up. Super communicative the whole time as well so I never even had to check in on it. Reminded me why I love Genesis and how seriously they take care of customers!

This was my first visit to Genesis in Cary. Supriya was wonderful. Supriya set me up in the system, showed me around and was very pleasant to talk too. The service was done in a timely manner and everything explained to me. I will definitely be back.
