The people are very nice. However, my last experience was not good. I had to have the horn replaced. I was told 2-4 weeks for part to come in. After 4 weeks, I called and was told the part was delayed and Genesis would call when part arrived. After several more weeks, I called again. The part was there but said they could not schedule my 1 hour repair for another 2 1/2 months. I expressed my frustration and asked for a loaner car. They do not have any loaners, I was told. Difficulty with getting problem solved after the dealership was the reason for my problem. Returned vehicle with dents/damage after servicing and the damage was highly visible; however, Ethan is great to work with and assisted.

Occasion was my wife's birthday. I had a terrible, demeaning and awful experience. I called in advance to have everything sorted so that I could surprise my wife once we got to the dealership. The dealership was a six (6) hour round trip commute away from where I live. Throughout the entire experience I felt ignored. Class act. This team was very professional. I especially like how there were no "cold" handoff between department. Each teammate answered all my questions accurately and prepared their next teammate specifically for my purchasing process. Thank you for a great experience. I look forward to my next purchase.
