The service department is incompetent and does not know how to communicate. There were multiple delays for my repair and I was not informed of any of them. I also did not get a loaner from them and one of the original issues was not fixed. Take your business elsewhere, they don’t want it.
If I could give a no star I would this place is a joke of a dealership and played with me and my family’s time today, spent hours going over numbers and when they give me a whopping 17% apr when I was putting 50% of the cars worth down, I said I would go check with my bank who will give me lower than 5. In the time I did that they were already calling me to tell me the car was about to be sold and they needed an answer immediately. Genesis of Cartersville and their sales people and sales managers are not people to trust. There has been one in particular Sales Manager that has been saying that he was going to help us with our detailing bill due to they could not get it cleaned good enough due to their cleaning crew did not know how to clean. I have been told over and over that it was in the mail. This has been going on ever since Jan. Have not seen anything. Bought my son’s truck here. Tim was our salesman and made it an all around great experience for us. Because it was a used truck, there were a couple of cosmetic things we wanted fixed. The shop did repairs above and beyond what we agreed on.
When I tell you at all the Genesis Dealership I have dealt with this is the best one in the world. Thank you. The sales person, Ray Robinson when you go to astray, he is the best very caring very patient. Me and my husband is very happy with this dealership.
