My wife and I showed up on the coldest day of the winter, so far. Sales Agent Kevin Perry and Manager Austin Nichols patiently and diligently worked with us for over 2 hours, showing us 3 different cars, seeking to understand our needs and likes, and helped us greatly with our decision. Came here engine coolant which they had in stock. However no one was available to pull the part. What?? I was told if I waited 15 someone can get the part. I said no thank you. As I was leaving Wesley stepped in and helped me by pulling the part. Wesley gets 5 stars. My experience was 2 star overall.
Always a good experience at genesis of Cartersville. Saw Claudia and Teresa Monday and as usual I was warmly greeted. The service people are also very nice and explain everything. The car was cleaned and looked absolutely beautiful when they were finished.i would never go anywhere else to purchase a car, have bought 4 cars there, and always go there for maintenance.
