I live nearly 2 hours from this dealership and the staff, especially Riley, was more than willing to accommodate and help bridge that gap by negotiating over the phone and through text so I wouldn’t have to drive down until we agreed on price. I can not say enough about Caitlyn. She is such an amazing person and sales person. She made sure I got into the vehicle I love and made the buying process so easy. She even checked on me the day after my purchase to make sure I was still loving my new car. Genesis of Bloomington will be our new future auto dealership.
