While at my son’s baseball game I met Santino, and happened to mention how I was considering upgrading my current SUV. Santino spent time showing me some of the inventory at Genesis of Bloomington, offered to start the appraisal process at the park, and now has me scheduled for a test drive later this week. Absolutely phenomenal representative of the Genesis brand, and what luxury aspires to be.
We had an excellent experience purchasing our new Genesis GV80. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Miguel Triveno was our Product Specialist and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. My wife and I test drove both a GV70 and GV80 last week at Genesis of Bloomington-Normal. We had an awesome experience working with Santino. He was extremely patient, answered all our questions and would 100% work with him again. All of the folks, in addition to Santino were great and were above and beyond.
Caitlyn Rossman was excellent in helping me figure out whether I liked the G80 and understanding all the different features with that vehicle. She was extremely helpful!
