Today I had the pleasure of buying a car from Bloomington Genesis. WOW, what a gorgeous establishment!! This dealership changed my opinion of "dealerships" in general. I had the pleasure of being helped by their salesman, Daniel Chastain. He was as polite and professional as they come. I would highly recommend Bloomington-Normal Genesis.
Patrick n I was greeted by Riley and the young man was very friendly, courteous and a great listener. I was excited about being able to finally get an opportunity to experience Genesis and choose the car of my dreams. My only regret that I didn’t get the hubcaps that I should have received. Otherwise Customer Service was good. Financing was not lengthy and went very smoothly. Overall everyone was nice.
