Typical car dealership they dont listen! Salesman was ok i did purchase a vehicle because its the one I wanted but when i tell you to run my credit thru scott credit union and you dont listen thats a problem. I didnt need 4 inquiries on my credit because I made it crystal clear scott credit union and said you screw you! I sat right there and these inquiries popped up on my phone when I told them not run my credit thru multiple places and they did it anyway! I won't go back there!
My Girlfriend went to view cars and was willing to purchase a Genesis because that’s all she’s been talking about. Jacob Adrian asked her budget which was $500 and told her she couldnt afford anything there not knowing she had a down payment of 10k and was looking to lease for 36 months… at that point she was turned off and ended up going with a Volvo. Super unprofessional, as someone in sales learn to do a proper discovery or even offer a test drive before talking numbers.
I came in for routine service for my Genesis and had additional questions. Everyone and everything was excellent. Wade was very professional and courteous. Made my day. Thank you.
