Service is no help, the guy on the phone was edgy, short and rude after telling him I appreciate his time and wasn’t done taking he then hung up the phone before I could finish, not a luxury Genesis experience more like a Hyundai one psh.
We purchase a GV70, everyone we worked with was incredible.. accept the receptionist, everytime we call in she is rude. Her being at the tip of your spear is disappointing.
Had one of the best car buying experiences at Genesis of Ballwin. Frank Povis, the sales rep I dealt with, to me is the model of what all car salesmen should be. No pressure, down to earth, humble, extremely helpful, and honest. I’ll be back for future car purchases without a question.
We purchased a GV80 from Brion and had a wonderful experience. Upon our arrival, he had the car we were interested in ready for us to test drive! He provided excellent service! I really appreciated all of his time especially explaining to me all the features of the car! He is definitely an asset to this dealership! We also met Ben in Finance and enjoyed conversing with him! Both guys were welcoming and personable and would have expected them to be the same even had we not purchased the car. Thanks again!!
