I arrived to the dealership 2 hours early for a scheduled service appointment. The staff person (Luis) promptly got me in for service with no wait. Excellent service.
Couple of points I want to mention - 1. They made me and my wife wait for more than 3 hours, despite arriving on time for our appointment after driving 120 miles. Because of the delay, it was nearly closing time by the time we took delivery, so I never received a walkthrough of the vehicle’s features. I bought a Ram 1500 that I love from this dealership. Negotiations were civil and fair. The sales rep Mogda is absolutely wonderful to work with and patient. She demonstrates courtesy and willingness to listen attentively. Be careful she's very cute! I had an minor issue with the vehicle, but they resolved it free of charge and had me back on the road same day!

Took my car for routine oil change and tire rotation. Apparently the were short a technician and offered me a loaner because it was expected to take several hours. I appreciate the loaner, but the dealer is a 2 hour round trip from my house and I couldn't come back later in the day.
