Service department has a few issues, identifying the real cause of vehicles issues other than attempting to blame the customer for the cause of the issue, only to later discover the cause was a faulty vehicle part.

My experience with Genesis of Augusta (also operating as Taylor Hyundai/Taylor Genesis) has consistently been disappointing, but this last visit solidified that I will never purchase a vehicle from them.
