If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Genesis of Augusta (also operating as Taylor Hyundai/Taylor Genesis) has consistently been disappointing, but this last visit solidified that I will never purchase a vehicle from them. I arrived at the dealership at 4:15 PM, having already negotiated the total purchase price for a 2025 Genesis GV80 Coupe. Financing was secured, and all I needed to do was finalize the transaction.
