Overall the employees and service agents were professional. The facility has a nice waiting room if you plan to stay. It did take 2 weeks to get an appointment for an AC issue. The AC issue has been reported by many customers of the same year and model. The service agent communicated the progress of the car and within two days had 2 recalls fixed, the evaporator coil (AC) , and fixed a wiper issue during their inspection. All updates were covered under warranty. The car was washed and looking great.

Trying to book a service appointment with this dealership is beyond frustrating. I have called several phone numbers for the dealership. Each time I call I get transferred and then the call drops. Your automated phone service is absolutely horrendous.

I bought a car from this dealership a month ago, during a trip somebody did a ugly ding on my fender with a door, a difficult location ( a crest on the fender), I had a hard time finding someone to fix it, and thankfully Mr Sam directed me to Mr Kevin, Service Manager, They told me to bring the car in on the day the PDR guys was in, They did an amazing job! my car is spotless, you couldnt tell there was a ding on that fender, BEST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I appreciate it!!!!!

No one here ever answers the phone. The automated system has been hangs up with no opportunity to leave message of any sort when getting transferred to service.
