I started this journey with Genesis of Stafford and was absoulutley dissappointed with the service, these two locations are night and day in terms of customer service. This is by far the best Genesis dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I come in they’re professional, straightforward, and genuinely honest, which is rare in this industry. I don’t know why I ever wasted time at any other dealerships in the area. They make the process easy, the service is consistent, and the pricing is fair.
My experience with this dealership was amazing. I called inquired about a vehicle. I spoke with Tevin and he was amazing. I uploaded all requested documents ahead of time.
