Beautiful cars, terrible customer service. Turned my g70 lease in early.
In 2023 my daughter bought a new 2023 Genesis G70 from Genesis of Buffalo. At the time of purchase she loved the vehicle. Since then, she jokes that even though the vehicle has a bumper to bumper warranty, nothing seems to fall under warranty. On 05/16/25, she brought the vehicle in for an oil change and stated there was a rattling noise coming from the front end.
