Very mediocre / low end experience with trying to purchase a vehicle. 3500 non refundable deposit with no paperwork, felt like i was bothering them by requesting pricing on vehicles. Very strange experience..
I am so glad that we chose Genesis of Alexandria to purchase my SUV. There is a dealership closer to my home. Tony was awesome. He is very knowledgeable about car buying and he shared that knowledge and very honest with us. It was eye-opening! Once we decided on which Genesis SUV we wanted, the process went very quickly. I love my car and we definitely recommend Genesis of Alexandria and Tony, in particular, if you are in the hunt for a Genesis. Awesome service.
I have purchased many vehicles over the years and by far Tony and the team at Genesis of Alexandria are the very best.
Fabulous experience from beginning to end.
I arrived and was guided to where I needed to be. The process for checking in is simple and fast. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. In and out in a hour. The facilities are nice and clean. Happy with my overall experience.
