Rude and unprofessional. My wife has admired the genesis cars for a couple years now. She finally bit the bullet and decided that she would get one this year for her birthday. The first day we were there it was a little late in the evening, nevertheless customer service was at an all time low. Don't visit this dealership if you are a woman. I visited this dealership with my husband, intending to purchase a Genesis GV80. We asked about the Cadillac loyalty incentive, and I explained that my current Cadillac is registered to a business I own, and that the new vehicle would also be registered to me under that same business. We have purchased numerous vehicles from dealerships in our area. Compared to other dealerships, we were pleasantly surprised by the way we were treated. Both the staff and management worked with us and tried hard to meet our expectations and we are grateful for that. They were courteous and very professional.
Sometimes a small problem is an opportunity for a dealership to show its true colors. i have a new Genesis G80 and called Genesis of Alexandria. The way theY handled the mechanical issue was well beyond the call of duty and showed how much pride they have in their name and service model. Jay and Tony were outstanding in their leadership and i could not be more thrilled with their rapid response and commitment to quality. BRAVO!!
