The Genesis staff at the Alexandria location was extremely helpful in my decision to trade my 2021 GV80 for the new Black on Black 2026 GV80. I appreciate all the help explaining my options with no pressure to purchase. Let me also give a shoutout to the Service Department as well for showing me expertise in the maintenance of my former vehicle.
My experience buying a new car was smooth, efficient, and luxurious. I highly recommend to anyone who wants luxury, but wants to move away from Mercedes, Audi, or BMW.
Mike, Tony, Sohrab, Shah and others pulled together a nice package and made this experience hassle free. Time will tell how the car performs but the pricing of the vehicle was very fair and the service of the team was outstanding. Got to my acceptable price quickly and then like clockwork they moved me through the process and on my way.
