I have yet to make it to this office, however I had an appointment scheduled at this location and was hesitant considering poor reviews regarding customer service / office staff. I decided to schedule there anyway as it was the most convenient location for the date I set my appointment for. I ended up having to reschedule due to catching covid, and the woman I spoke with over the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I've been an established patient for years, I would like to keep being a patient because it's the closest in network provider for me. I don't know how anyone makes an appointment now. I've been calling for an appt randomly during business hours for a few days, but get an answering service and I can't make an appointment online (it tells me to call).
This is actually the worst system and office I have ever seen. No answers no call backs everything they do is let you leave a message and never reach back to you. Not to mention one of the doctors said that I will give you a prescription while I was very sick and she forgot to write it down and I called them one million times just to get my medicine! And I have been asking for my records and blood tests for two months and still waiting for them.
My care here has been absolutely fabulous throughout my pregnancy. Dr. Nelson and Kaitlyn answered questions and eased my worries. The billing has been a joke however. I have no idea what one God's green earth made them think I will pay genesis AND banner for the birth of my baby especially after I had repeated told them they had billed out of network when they are IN network(itemized bills are exactly the same).
